Terms and Conditions

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of other users. Misuse of the site may result in the suspension of your account or actions taken against you.

To make purchases, you may be required to create an account by providing truthful, updated, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

All prices are in Mexican pesos and include VAT. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at the time of payment. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. In case of a typographical error in prices or features, the customer will be notified before proceeding with the shipment.

We ship within the Mexican Republic. Delivery time depends on the customer's location and product availability. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays attributable to the courier company.

We accept returns within 7 calendar days after the product is delivered, provided it is in its original condition. To request a return, the customer must write to Info@grupovereto.comindicating the order number and reason. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is an error attributable to us.

If the customer wants an invoice, they must request it within the same month of the purchase and provide all required tax information. Subsequent requests cannot be processed.

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, graphic design, etc.) is the property of Grupo Vereto and is protected by copyright law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on this same page and will take effect upon publication.
